Purpose

The kino-tv.co website presents the Kino app (series and movie tracking), offers free tools (TV Time stats, binge time, release dates…) and lets you join the waitlist and the beta.

Access to the service

The site and its tools are free. Beta access is by invitation, sent in waves while spots last. We guarantee neither an invitation timeline nor continuous availability of the site.

Beta version

The beta is a test version: it is provided "as is", may contain bugs, and features may change or disappear without notice. Keep a copy of your important data (for example your TV Time export).

Intellectual property

The Kino brand, logo, the design of the site and app, and their original content are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Series and movie information (titles, posters, dates, synopses) comes from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch.

Liability

Information shown (release dates, streaming platforms, statistics) is provided for guidance only and may contain errors or change. Kino cannot be held liable for decisions made based on this information, nor for the content of third-party sites the site links to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, in particular when the app launches. The update date at the top of this page prevails; significant changes will be announced to subscribers.
