Kiichi Ishihira, a delinquent high school student, happens to visit a certain library for the first time in ten years. There, he finds a team of unique staff members working hard every day for the sake of the patrons! After starting a part-time job at the library, Ishihira learns about the various rules and tasks involved in ensuring everyone can discover books and experience the joy of learning.
